Wine Critics Notes:
Allen Meadows - Score: 90(2015 July)
Deep golden color. A fully mature nose flirts with traces of sous-bois yet remains primarily composed of secondary fruit and dried floral elements. There is fine depth to the delicious middle weight flavors that offer good if not exceptional vibrancy on the lingering finale. Like many '89s (outside of Meursault) this has clearly seen its best days and despite the fact that it remains intact at present, I would suggest drinking up sooner than later. Tasted only once recently.
